Are You Physical Or Sedentary?

After reading the essay "A Plea For The Physical" by Kate Braid I can confidently say that I would classify myself as both physical and sedentary. I love to play sports and hang out with friends and live a very active lifestyle. Yet occasionally I have my days where I like to stay home and read and keep to myself playing video games. Some days I may want to play hockey with my hockey team but some days I would much rather just stay home and watch movies alone. Although I would say that I am both physical and sedentary I believe that I am more physical than sedentary. The days that i would much rather do something physical and outgoing are much more frequently then a sedentary day.
